While accessing dashboard reports,we may get errors.
But the below specific error which irritates the consultant ,as they need to resinstall B1 integration again and again.Some time it might work and some it doesn't
error:Cannot connect to SAP Business One Integration Service. In the Microsoft "Services" window, ensure that this service has been started.
I found a work around which you can use it for benefits.
As soon as when you get error for your original user,log off sap application.
1. Log on SAP application with another user who have dashboards enabled.
2. you will get the same error but no worries.Log off from the system.
3. Login again with original user.Now it will get connected successfully.
Don't know the actual reason behind it but it might help you.
