SAP 9.0 Inventory Module document cancel feature not available

Hello Expert,

In SAP 9.0 Marketing document cancel permitted but Inventory Module - Goods Issue , Goods Receipt cancellation not working.

And also Inventory transfer cancel permitted but not open New form for confirmation for cancel the document.

Please advise.
